Description
The practice of Mindfulness invites us suspend judgement and pay attention to the present moment. Meditation is is not about clearing the mind, rather supporting us to deepen our connection with our own thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.
Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve attention and memory, and cultivate compassion and creativity. It helps to establish greater balance of body and mind, and stimulates learning, growing, healing and transformation.
The practice supports us to develop a sense of focus and well- being. We are invited to approach whatever arises with an attitude of friendly curiosity - in the service of self-understanding and wisdom.
This session will support your group to pause, step out of auto- pilot and land in the present moment,
